Julia Coursey is a fiction writer who often lives near a train station. Recently, her work has appeared in Booth, The Collagist, Joyland, and Psychopomp. She won the Gigantic Sequins 7th Annual Summer Flash Fiction Contest and stories of hers have been nominated for inclusion in the Pushcart Anthology. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Alabama.
Currently, Julia is at work on a novel about whales, ghosts, and whales that are ghosts.
